Yamaha Download Area License Agreement

PART A - Owners Manuals:

1) All rights (including copyright), title and interest in and to the manuals in the Download Area are and shall at all times remain YAMAHA CORPORATION 's sole and exclusive property.
Copying, distributing, displaying or uploading of the manuals in whole or in part by any means is expressly forbidden without the written consent of the manufacturer. Yamaha Corporation authorizes you to view, download and print the materials in this Manual Library only for your personal and non-commercial use.
Each PDF file can be downloaded and printed, but the further operation like copying text electronically cannot be executed. If you don't have any appropriate means to read PDF manuals other than using a voice synthesis software, or text-to-speach application, please contact us through the inquiry form. In this case, please be aware that not all the manuals are readable (selectable) since almost half of the PDF manuals, produced more than a decade ago and without electronic data, are created by scanning page by page as graphic data.
The library is set up for your fair and personal use only. Accordingly, copying of the manuals, in whole or in part, for your commercial use is strictly prohibited.

2) Note that NOT ALL manuals are provided in the PDF files. Also, the Library lists all language versions of the manuals we can prepare. Other languages not shown here are not available.

3) Be aware that not all products may be available and/or the specifications may not be the same in every region.
Product informations and other details are coming as a general information without commitment and do not not replace future individual deliberation for a purchase decision. Any changes remain reserved.

4) Be aware that although the Library is currently available for you without any charge, it may be included in a charged service in the future.

5) IN NO EVENT SHALL YAMAHA HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LIBRARY AND/OR ITS SPECIFIED SOFTWARE EVEN IF YAMAHA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

PART B - Software and Firmware:

OUR SOFTWARE AND/OR FIRMWARE SHALL BE USED ON YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY.
SO YAMAHA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR THE LIKE), WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF YAMAHA OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

PART C - Technical Documentation / Service Manuals:

1) All rights (including copyright), title and interest in and to the manuals in the Download Area are and shall at all times remain YAMAHA CORPORATION 's sole and exclusive property.
Copying, distributing, displaying or uploading of the technical documentation and manuals in whole or in part by any means is expressly forbidden without the written consent of the manufacturer.
The Yamaha corporation authorize you to the material at this manual library exclusively for repair of corresponding Yamaha products.

2) Be aware that not all products may not be available and/or the specifications may not be the same in every locale.

3) IN NO EVENT SHALL YAMAHA HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE LIBRARY AND/OR ITS SPECIFIED SOFTWARE EVEN IF YAMAHA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
